Cancellation & Refund Policy
Payments are done in a monthly basis for the classes. We understand that circumstances may change, and students may need to drop from the virtual class. Here's our policy to ensure transparency and fairness:
1. Dropping from the Class:
Students are free to cancel the virtual class at any time by calling or emailing us.
2. Refund Eligibility:
For the first month of the course, students can receive a full refund if the cancellation is requested within two weeks from the course start date.
3. Partial Months and Missed Classes:
If canceled after payment for the second month and onwards, no refunds or credits will be issued for that month, but no charge will occur for upcoming months.
